Administrators can track the status of Work Orders from Archaio’s Customer Administration Portal and from the Archaio mobile app.

Login from a web browser at admin.archaio.net, then click the Work Orders button in the top navigation.

Or — in the mobile app, tap the menu button in the upper left next to your username, then click on Work Orders.

You will see a list of Work Orders created within the last 30 days, organized by real-time status:

  • Open
  • In Progress
  • Pending Confirmation
  • Completed
  • Invoiced

Clicking a Work Order displays its details, including previously attached notes, photos, and videos.

In the mobile app, you have the option to add new notes, photos, and videos.

You can select recipients who will be emailed the new additions.

If action is required, select the option before you click “Save and Send“.
