Archaio^®, LLC was originally formed by leading international architects, real estate investment and development firms to meet the needs of building owners for fast, secure, automated access to large volumes of blueprints and building data.

We met this need by developing technology and business processes that enable paper based blueprints to be imaged, stored and accessed digitally, while retaining full scaling* functionality.

Our flagship product, The Digital Building™, is a complete blueprint-centered, document management system which offers scanning, indexing, digital storage, management, and global distribution of any and all documents related to a property.

Our patent pending scaling technology allows a user to immediately zoom into virtually any part of any floor of any building in full screen resolution while maintaining accurate and complete scaled measurements similar to high-end Computer Aided Design tools, but without the time, expense or necessity of CAD.

Information that The Digital Building stores includes construction drawings and scale plans, building equipment specifications and warranties, tenant improvement plans and finishes, leases; photographs, site plans and maps; encompassing both paper-based information and computer files. All of this information is available to authorized users, administered by a simple, user-friendly, secure permissions system.

Recently, Archaio enhanced our offering by developing The Digital Building™ CONSTRUCTION, a project and bid document management system that enables developers and contractors to work together electronically to increase collaboration, save time in the bid distribution process and significantally reduce or eliminate printing costs.

Also responding to client requests, Archaio developed the The Digital Building™ 3-DIMENSIONAL, a fully integrated three-dimensional planning system, providing users with the ability to create 3-D Views and Walkthroughs of existing two-dimensional blueprints. In fact, The Digital Building™ 3-DIMENSIONAL is currently being used by the world-renowned Whitney Museum in New York to plan their exhibit layouts.

Responding to government, homeland security and emergency responder requests, Archaio developed The Digital Building™ EMERGENCY, a blueprint-based system designed to assist Fire Departments and Emergency Response teams by providing them with crucial building and area information before they arrive at a call site. Currently being implemented at the federal, state and local levels, The Digital Building™ EMERGENCY is designed with one goal in mind, providing crucial, detailed information at the exact moment it is needed... to save lives.
